What a lovely colorful skirt this one is! With those beautiful colors from nature! And to think that until the beginning of blogging, I wore almost all black. I still love to wear black. It always has something cool, new wave, punk. I love it. Still. Doesn’t matter, my idol is still wearing nothing else. And then I think of previous visits at the Pinkpop festival and Bospop. All festivals are canceled this year, of course, but it’s such a shame. If something stands for summer for me, then it is festivals. I think it will be a relaxed summer.
My gorgeous fashion friend Jane’s Instagram was hacked. She had a dazzling account with dazzling number of followers. I am asking you to support her with her new account. And enjoy her fantastic looks!
But back to the outfit. If this doesn’t make you happy then I don’t know what will. I generally wear a bit more pencil skirts than the wider ones. But this frivolous skirt is just perfect for the summer, so you don’t want your clothes to stick to you like a pencil skirt would. But I had a hard time styling it as there are so many colors in it! Now I choose for pink, but I think turqoise would be great too!
How I wear this colorful summer skirt
I had first worn this skirt with an orange top and a short pink cardigan. After wearing it all day, when we went to my sister, and I wanted to edit the pictures the next day, I only saw how ridiculous the short cardigan was. And the hole look! While I had in my head that those colors looked so good. All photos thrown away, a dent in my confidence and cranky! It wouldn’t happen to me that I couldn’t style this skirt, come on. Fortunately, this jacket with the sweater with sequins looked better. Added a few long green chains and that’s how it worked for me!
