I saw a call on Facebook in which a Dutch company, in jewelry, was looking for blogger promotion. And I am always in the mood for jewelry. So I visited that site to see if it was something for me. And what do I immediately see there? This black link chain necklace! I didn’t even look any further. Love this necklace so much! I have been looking for one, but most of them are so heavy. And this one was made of acrylic, very light.
In the mood for jewelry
So I emailed and a collaboration was born. In any case, the link chain was the first thing I picked out. But Zinin Sieraden has a great collection of beautiful items. Zin in sieraden means in the mood for jewelry. It’s a Dutch company and the pieces are so good and beautifully made. I am really exited about this shop. I just know that I will shop even further because I already saw great new items!
The earrings I choose are made of leather so they are super light too. And nowadays I pay more and more attention to that. Because as an older woman, meh, your earlobes will hang more. And although I sometimes can’t resist wearing heavy earrings, I often pay attention when buying new ones.
Wearing jewelry more and more
Before a few years ago, actually for blogging, I wore very minimalistic jewelry. I always loved statement earrings, but otherwise I wore my watch and earrings and nothing more. And certainly no other necklaces than the gold necklace that I have been wearing for almost 30 years. I got it from Gerben when we were together for six months. (I think he wanted to celebrate that he had lasted six months with me, lol) But now I almost always wear a bit more jewelry. Preferably statement ones. I still love statement earrings in particular, but also huge rings.
The metallic bracelet looked fabulous with my metallic skirt. But it will look good on anything, I have to wear it with my gold silver dress too! That’s how exited I get from good jewelry, want to try it on immediately. The leather bracelet is perfect if you want a little splash of color. I also love to wear a leather bracelet with a lot of other bracelets. Beaded bracelets for example. The longer necklace looks great on a monochrome black outfit. But it will look good on any outfit, like here with my grey knitted dress. Check the site if you are looking for some presents!
