This is the custom made bag I told and showed you here. Just the way I wanted and needed it. Everything has been selected by myself. The leather, the closures. And the bag has become even more beautiful than I had hoped. And I also got a wallet and a key ring that match the bag! That is thrilling for a matchy matchy girl! *This is not a sponsored post! Just very happy with my bag and very enthusiastic about Daisy and her bags!
Where my custom made bag search started.
Last winter Gerben and I went with my parents-in-law to a Christmas fair where my brother-in-law had to perform. And there was Daisy with a stall. And so she makes leather bags. I needed a new bag for a long time. Many of you know that because of my lung disease, I always have to bring a concentrator when I go out. This weighs 3 kg so I have to have a sturdy bag for that. Well, there is a standard case with the concentrator, but it is as boring and frumpy as my aunts a.., and you can not put anything in it.
So I needed to have a bag that fits my device exactly, because it has to be upright. But there must also be ventilation holes in the right places. Otherwise, the device becomes too hot and does not work properly. So I took a business card from her stall and we made an appointment early in the year.
Well, it was quite a hassle to take the right size because there can’t be a lot of space in the bag, and the ventilation holes have to be in the right place, and I just wanted small holes and not one a big hole. After two hours the design was ready. Daisy really takes the time for that, very nice. I knew beforehand that it had to be a black bag with everything except silver colored closures. Daisy suggested taking two types of leather, yes crocodile print!
So happy with my custom made bag
And here it is, my custom made bag specially, made for me! I am so happy with it! Because I want my concentrator to be seen as little as possible and I always want to get rid of my oxygen hose. And now I can hide it in the bag and the zipper can be closed without heating up the device. And it is such an elegant bag! Daisy also made a wallet and a key ring for me! Wow! So cool. I was so enthusiastic about her creative talent.
Daisy gives various workshops, from a whole day to a few evenings, but also one of three hours! Fun to do but also to give! That would be some unique present! I already planned with my girlfriends a date, but then Corona got in the way. But we will pick another date for a three hours workshop! The photos below are bags made by Daisy, but these are the ones you can make in a 3 hour workshop! Please visit her site!
Would really appreciate it if you would share my photos on Pinterest.
