I like to promote my own blog about once a year. Without shame. Because it is my blog and I do what I want with it. Lol, very bad hey. Well, why should we only promote products and companies we work with or we like? I like my blog a lot and want to promote it too! But I want to point out to everyone who reads my blog what there is to read and participate on my blog. In case you don’t know that yet!
* I just keep blogging about fashion during this dark period. Because I think life just goes on and we also need more light-hearted things. I certainly do!
What is going on, on my blog
Every year I have a moment on my blog where I think: I am not getting any further. Then it seems as if the blog has stopped. And I find stagnation decline. So then I want to do something about it again. But what? Well at least mention what else there is to do on my blog!
Twice a month I do a series with other bloggers. Stylish Monday and Match Made in Seven. I really enjoy doing that. Often this kind of blogger groups are very nice, you can learn from each other, get inspired and it feels like you really know the bloggers. It can be quite close and I like that.
Once a month, also, I host a series with Shelbee since three years that you can participate in. The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book! Check this link here for a reminder for the next theme! If you have questions about it, I will gladly help you with it.
Guest writers are welcome on my blog
You will also find a post written by Claire once a month. Claire has been writing a nice informative post for me every month for quite a long time now. I also like having guest writers who write about beauty. Because I don’t have know enough of make-up products and how to use them. So if you want to write for my blog you are very welcome.
I have written a whole story about my illness and how I found out I had it. And its course. Every Friday I host the Fancy Friday linkup party. That is a very nice way to put your blog in the spotlight and to get to know other bloggers. Join in, you don’t have to be a fashion blogger! And you can also join with your Instagram account!
If you have some ideas???
I would love to do more with other bloggers, like a series or just meeting each other! So if you have any ideas let me know. In the meanwhile I am also brooding on new things! Not that I am bored with the old things, but I would like to have a new challenge. I think I will start again with sentence a day, I loved doing that actually. And Shelbee and I are thinking of doing some sort of series about style steals and copy cats. If you want to join and have some great ideas about it, let us know!
And of course I would love it if you could follow me on one of my social media! Don’t do much on Twitter and Pinterest, but I love Instagram and my Facebook group.
