Can you blaim them! (these are my best friends btw, so supportive and fun to hang around with, they are the best!) Teddy Blake’s bags are irresistible! Oh, bags, sigh…I used to love them so much. I can still remember when I was 16 and went to the Saturday market in Arnhem with my father to buy some fish, and I wanted a shoulder bag that matched my new Scotch & Soda trousersuit. (by the way, it was a trousersuit that I found in a store that had a closingsale. It was super cheap because it was brown with a darker brown print. No one wore brown back then, I loved that suit!) I found the bag and my father tried to take some of the price and I was so ashamed. Haha, now I would never buy anything at the market without taking some off the price. Well, that’s just what the Dutch do…..
Doesn’t every women loves Teddy Blake bags?
Oh yes, we were talking about bags. I had a bag made when I started to work in fashion. A sort of Birkin bag but with the sizes I wanted and golden hardware. I still have that bag, it was real leather and such a gorgeous one. I wore it like Victoria Beckham always did, I was a huge fan of her, as the designer I mean, not as a spice girl. And of course I have had a lot of bags during my life. With every season there had to be a new bag. But I had never have a Teddy Blake bag.
Teddy Blake bag!
I always need a bag for my mobile concentrator when I go out. That bag must therefore meet certain dimensions, it must be higher than wider. Most bags are the other way around. So when I received an email from Teddy Blake to pick out a bag, I was the first to think: well I don’t think they have a suitable one for me. But hey, they did! When I take my large battery with me, the bag sticks out slightly, but that doesn’t matter and the bag has enough space to let the device ventilate. Isn’t it a beautiful Teddy Blake bag. Complete with dust bag and key. Beautifully made, of high quality and the color is so beautifully warm.
I just wanted a brown bag because always the black one is also so boring. And I am very happy with this one. It’s gorgeous and very handy. Now I have to make sure my girlfriends stay away from my Teddy Blake!
