Leopard print and faux fur can be a bit tricky when worn together. Just add the correct amount of faux fur. But it has more to do with what you radiate, I believe.
Because Shelbee and I have faux fur as our theme in December in The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book, I had to shop for it. Because I didn’t have any faux fur. The things you do for your blog right! By the way, did you already send in something faux furish???
How to add a bit of faux fur in a leopard print outfit
Back in the days I always had a faux fur scarf. And I wore it a lot on dresses. So I looked for a scarf. And I found a round scarf, or a col scarf. Also very nice, I found a hat with faux fur! Gerben always says that I have to wear a hat when it’s so cold outside and I am on the bicycle. Because I actually always had problems with my ears in the winter. Last year I just had real pain in my ears and since then I use a hat ….. I don’t learn that fast. They also call it stubborn.
Take a look at these fun bracelets. I was able to choose these from ONecklace. The gold colored bracelet has a very funny nameplate. It says Nancy Gerben, in morse! Nice hey, I thought that was so original. The black beaded bracelet is made of lava stone, which reminds me of wonderful vacations in Lanzarote. The brown beaded bracelet is just beautiful in color.
How I wear masculine shoes feminine way
I had already bought these brogues in the spring but had not worn them much. I really like these shoes but couldn’t really find a way to wear them in such a way that I feel comfortable. I usually thought it was a bit too masculine. Until I saw a woman at the Colin Blunstone concert in a silk dress and thick black panties with brogues underneath. And I thought it looked great. As you can see I was in the mood for leopard print. This is a skirt and blouse. The colors are not exactly the same but that is not necessary. In terms of style, the col scarf fits very well with the shoes. I chose the cardigan after I won a voucher from Asos through Jodie’s blog! Well how wonderful is that!
Shop my look!
Would really appreciate it if you would share my outfit on Pinterest.
Love the brogues with the dress and tights (and fur, of course!!). I have a pair of oxblood brogues and have only worn them once or twice. I feel like mine are really masculine, too. Looked at them this morning and wondered what I could pair them with. Maybe my corduroy skirt, now that I see how cute yours look with your dress. I really wanted to participate in Good Buy Good-bye this month but LIFE got in the way. Hope to get things settled down by January. You look so pretty and shapely in your darling dress and bit of fur!

I had to get used to the idea of wearing flat shoes under a dress!
Great winter look Nancy! I don’t really own any faux fur – I used to have a vest but got rid of it when the kids at school kept running their hands all over me! Ha!!!

It’s funny how seeing a style on someone makes you realize that you can wear it. Love this with the brogues,

I agree! Thanks Jessica!
The brogues make the outfit, in my opinion. I’ve been wearing flats more and more, as my feet are rebelling against heels now that I’m in my 50s. Boo…I love heels, but now I am paying the price.

Yes me too. The only good thing about having to use my wheelchair more and more is that I can wear heels! Lol.
That is a lovely leopard dress and you accessorised it so well! The scarf looks very cosy 🙂 It’s not cold enough to need fur or faux fur here, I don’t have any of it in my wardrobe!
Thanks so much for joining the #WeekdayWearLinkup! A new link up is live on my blog now, I’d love you to join again.
