Epilogue by Nancy:

Since the beginning of this year I myself use creams without, parabens, perfume, etc. Also no anti-age products or masks, on the advice of a dermatologist. My skin has never looked or felt so good! I am convinced that the products mentioned in this post are much better for the skin than many promising creams. But that’s just my experience and opinion. Yours could be very different.

Great post and information, Nancy. I will always opt for a natural home remedy over all the chemical stuff. I personally take a tablespoon of flaxseed oil daily, drink lots of water, and moisturize every other day and my skin has never felt healthier either.
