I hardly ever buy anything new in the first two months of the year, but I could not resist this striped jumper. Because I can hardly keep it up (this sounds really bad when I write it down like that, lol) I think I can buy something second hand. ( that doesn’t count in my head…..) But only if it is really beautiful. Duh, you only buy something if you really like it right? Bad excuse Nancy. Anyway. So Vinted is a highly viewed app for me.
Wasn’t this about a striped jumper Nancy?
Every now and then I’m really disappointed that I can no longer shop in regular stores. Yes, I can, but only with a wheelchair. And I have to tell you, that is sooooo awkward! Firstly, shops are way too full so it’s difficult to get past everything. And every time getting out of the wheelchair and back in is also annoying. And you can’t see the clothing properly when you are sitting down. But I have to be honest and say that I can handle it quite well. I now look much more often at what I can and do, and am therefore quite proud of myself. After all, 25 years ago I only had 33% lung capacity, now it is 23%, but I am still there! And I have a lot to be grateful for. And that’s what I am.
On to the outfit with the striped jumper now then
Whenever I take a look in my closet with jumpers, I see a lot of stripes lately. I love it. And so I immediately fell for these cheerful colours. I hardly wear a print, I do love it though. But it quickly feels to much for me. Stripes, on the other hand, feel more relaxed then for example a floral print. And I think stripes are kind a cool.
I’m wearing my favourite skirt and sneaker boots from last year. The skirt is a bit like parachute fabric and the sneakers look a bit like surf shoes so I’m being super sporty, lol. I wear black and white earrings because they match so well with the shoes and a nice pink ring. Of course the black and white stripes of the jumper are a no brainer too. And an old transparent belt. Lovely casual outfit with a striped sweater.

I love this jumper and how you’ve styled it with the full skirt and trainers. Those earrings are fabulous too! I don’t really enjoy shopping in the UK anymore, unless it’s in charity shops. There are the same high street shops everywhere (and most are badly stocked) which is so boring.
