You know that I love wrap dresses, but I also like a good wrap blouse. And wrapped food but that is another story. I had already told you last year that I like to shop at Primark about once a year. In Arnhem on a Sunday, all the men are waiting outside on the sidewalk. Haha, they really do not go in with their wife and children. Usually I do not like anything, maybe some earrings or something like that, but last year I had seen so many nice things like this skirt. This floral wrap blouse is also from the Primark. I fell for the colors, blue and green, perfect combination. And I have to say, it’s a perfect fit. It’s not always that wrap blouses or dresses have a great fit.
I wanted to wear this wrap blouse with my ankle boots
I wanted to wear my light blue ankle boots with this floral blouse, because there is some of that color in the blouse. I just love it when colors come back. Love a bit of matchy matchy. Some find that boring and predictable, I feel in balance. A dark skirt would look better than a lighter one so I chose my denim pencil skirt. This is a very nice one because it is very stretchy. It is also a old one. Old means about 7 years with me. I don’t keep clothing that long. I mean, where do I hang it! I have to make space of course for new things.
And I already spotted a suede look laced skirt on a site with second hand clothing. It was gorgeous. But these days I think twice before I purchase something, even when it is pre loved. I let it rest for a few days and then go take another look at the item. Do I still love it? Do I really want it? Don’t I have something similar already in my closet? Yeah yeah, wisdome comes with age…..
What else to wear with my green blue wrap blouse
I also still love this leather blazer, I wear it not often enough though. Blue tights with fishnet tights over it. Green blue statement earrings and two Brighton rings finish the look.
