Oh how I like this silver metallic skirt. I already showed it to you in the summer and now I’m showing this silver metallic pencil skirt with a sweater and boots. I also showed this outfit for The Thrifty Six. Never heard of The Thrifty Six? Shame on you! Read about it in this link.
Silver metallic skirt
This is a stretch skirt without a zipper or buttons, so it’s so easy. And you don’t even feel like you’re wearing it. It is a bit of a silver gray color and I never wear silver. But it doesn’t bother me at all with this skirt. The sweater is so nice and warm and has just fabulous balloon sleeves. And not to over the top. Otherwise you can’t wear a coat over it. Which is so annoying.
Boots with gold detail under a silver metallic skirt
And what do you think of the boots! I can already tell you that you are going to be thrown to death (it’s a Dutch expression I think) on the blog and Instagram with this one! I love them! I’ve always loved gold buckles, buttons, closures, etc. So these are just made for me. (well, not really, they are made for thousands of women because they are from Zara) But since my taste and style are not for everyone, I probably won’t see them very often on someone else!
Shop the silver metallic skirt look!

That silver metallic skirt is lovely and sounds like the epitome of comfort. The balloon sleeved jumper looks absolutely wonderful with it, the sleeves are fantastic. The boots are very you, I think. But I’m racking my brain as to what the Dutch expression is. You’ll have to tell me 😉 xxx
It’s: ermee dood gegooid worden! Do you know that expression?
Haha, yes, I know it 🙂 and now it all makes sense xxx
Hahaha, soms zeggen we dingen anders zoals ,,zeker en vast,,. Wij zeggen vast en zeker.

Life is a Shoe
You are such a natural in front of the camera. I wish I could loosen up a bit. Love the metallic skirt and the sparkle on your shoes. I bought a lovely sparkly holiday top last year to wear with an on-sale faux leather skirt I scored. Would love to get them out for the holidays this year but I think I am too chubby for either piece. Thanks, Covid.
Just try it Leslie, because it sounds great!
Ooh, this skirt is ringing all my bells, Nancy! I love it! And it’s a pull-on? Even better! The Chelsea boots are really fun – that chain detail is awesome. You look glitzy and fun and totally badass, Nancy!
