Okay, you all know I’m not a fan of jeans. But this puffed sleeves blouse just needs jeans! I only have one, or actually two, a culotte too. (this one I gave away, not my thing) But this one I’m wearing today, really needs to be replaced. It was a boyfriend jeans and it had a bit of a worn-out look to it, but now the jeans are too tight and have holes in them. Me and clothes with holes! My grandmother would turn in her grave…
White puffed sleeves blouse needs jeans
But this blouse just screams for jeans. I saw this puffed sleeves blouse on Laurie’s blog. I ordered the blouse immediately when I saw it. While I never wear white. I also wouldn’t know what else I’m going to wear it with, other than jeans. I am planning to buy another pair of jeans, then this one can go. (as if this one only can go when I replace it) But I would like a Levi’s. And for that I have to go to a store because I have no idea which one would look the best on me. I am thinking the classic 501. And while in our stores only idiots walk around, I don’t want to go to that shop either. Well, of course I am not in such a hurry as I think I wear jeans once a year….
Puffed sleeves white blouse, classic with a trendy twist
These jeans are actually very nice, or they were. And I think it’s a pretty cool look with such a classic white blouse and a heel. But why do I wear almost never jeans you might ask? Because everyone wears it! In my part of the Netherlands, the east, everyone wears jeans. Not necessarily because they like it, but because it is easy. Damn! Wearing clothes out of convenience! Not really for me. I never did, I think I was the only one at school who didn’t wear jeans. Yes, I hated it that early. But with this simple, super cheap, and very nice puffed sleeves blouse it is just a classic style. And hey, I like that!

You look really good in jeans, Nancy, but I do understand your point. And yes, the white blouse with the jeans – fantastic! I prefer jeggings in many colors. I don’t have any jeans either. Well, I didn’t. I ordered some and they are too big, so I still don’t. Like you, I don’t want to go into any of the stores.

The jeans and blouse do look so good together! i’m definitely a fan of the ease of jeans – especially for mum life! I noticed I was wearing a lot of blue jeans though so I try not to wear them – instead of having 20+ pairs I only have one pair of blue jeans now and I haven’t worn them in a while. I certainly still wear jeans though, just colourful ones or printed ones, no more classic blue!

Nancy you look great in jeans but I get where you’re coming from as you have such a fab collection of clothes and look so stylish in so many different outfits so why wear jeans. But you look really good in them so do get another pair! On the other hand, of course, it’s a no to going to an actual shop.

Nancy, it is so weird to see you in jeans, but they look so great on you! I love this outfit. That top is so pretty and there is something so classic that always works with jeans and a white top. Your sandals are magnificent as well! I used to hate jeans when I was younger and didn’t own any until I was in my 30’s. Now I love them!

Oh, how I hate it if people say they are wearing a particular item of clothing as it is easy or convenient! I’m not a fan of jeans either, although I wore jeans frequently in the past. I now have one worn pair – which I use for heavy duty gardening work – and a classic dark denim boot-cut one, which I don’t think I’ve ever worn. The crisp, classic white puff-sleeved blouse does indeed go very well with jeans, although I’m sure that – it being classic plus a neutral – it could be worn with quite a lot of your trousers and skirts! I’m head over heels with that cute bird necklace, by the way! xxx

I never wear jeans either – there are so many other more interesting styles and fabrics of trousers to wear! Jeans just feel so boring to me. I do love your white shirt, but I like white shirts mostly for layering under jackets, etc.

You look in jeans Nancy, regardless whether they are popular in your neck of woods or not. I have a couple of pairs in my closet and although I don’t wear them every day, I do put them on occasionally.
