I saw this belted blazer on tulle skirt outfit on Lovely, and I immediately knew I wanted to copy the look. I absolutely love a tulle skirt. I have shown you my latest acquisition here. But often I wear this black one with a flat heeled cool boot and sweater. Preferably a biker boot. I’ve never worn it with a blazer. But I thought it looked so beautiful on Lovely. So I wear it the way she wore it.
Belted blazer look.
This blazer doesn’t need a belt at all. It is really meant more as accessories, because the blazer is very tailored. I have to give Zara that, the jackets and blazers are generally very good. Other then skirts. I recently ordered two skirts and thought: lets order them a size up as they are usually to small in my size. And what do you think? Yes, they were way to big….grrrr. Well, they weren’t a good quality either….
The skirt is older and has a kind of velvet polka dots on it. Funny right! Most of you are probably familiar with the gun metal boots, they are so fantastic! I love heeled ankle boots in any color. I am wearing a simple black knitted top under the belted blazer and some golden accessories.
Inspired by another blogger with this belted blazer look.
I always love to be inspired by the outfits of other bloggers. Or to get to know new beauty products or get tips. Most of the blogs I follow and read are blogs from real women, women with opinions of their own, women who are honest about products they use, women who are supportive. You can learn from them or be inspired by them. That’s what’s great about this blogging community!
I need to remind myself to belt my blazers more often, because I really like the look. Do you like to wear your blazers with a belt?
