Why on earth would I like to wear a baroque tunic? I don’t even like baroque! I will tell you. I have had this leather legging (faux) for years now. So long actually, that I probably have to throw it away after this season, because it is not beautiful anymore. But it is so comfortable. Super stretch and not that low. But I always have a little trouble finding something nice to wear on it. I only have one tunic, because I am not particular a fan of tunics. But on the other hand, that is what looks good on these leather leggings. Because you know, leggings are no pants! And I do not really have long sweaters. The only tunic I have is a black one and I want to wear something else on this legging then only black. Yeah, surprising right!
I think this is a kitschy baroque tunic
So looking for a tunic. Since I do not wear that too often, I am more of the dresses and skirts, it did not have to be too expensive. And what was my eye for. For a Primark tunic. How much cheaper can you have it? I fell for this print. It is a bit kitsch, a little baroque, 90 s Versace feel. So although I like the print, but think it’s kitsch and I don’t like Versace, I think it’s fun to wear! Not as a dress with heels and all, but casual, with a sort of a wink. Are you still following me? No, didn’t think so….
But it does not happen often, that I go searching for something specific and find it so quickly. Normally if I have something in my head, it’s not for sale, nowhere! I am wearing the tunic with a blazer, to add a little class, and for the casual feel I am wearing high suède boots with gold colored attachments. Black an gold colored earrings and the cutest pin!
That is such a cute tunic, but I totally get where you’re coming from, Nancy. I don’t like tunics on me either, and I never ever wear leggings! But when you have a specific item that you want to wear, sometimes you just have to go with what works with that piece.

I’m not really a fan of tunics either, but I’m certainly loving this look on you! Sometimes, one really has to step out of one’s comfort zone! xxx

I would say you are working it, Nancy. It looks like you have on a retro mini dress vs. baroque that you don’t care for.
Author
Haha, yes indeed!
Ja ik zag deze in Zara. Echt supertof. Staat je goed vrouwke!

Dankje, deze is van de Primark. €13 ofzo!
I identify with all this Nancy- I don’t have any tunics and somehow no pleather leggings (I think I may be missing out). But your tunic is NICE! I would wear that. It’s a nice length and not shapeless. Thanks for joining the link up!

And it’s a Primark! Can you believe that!
Love love that baroque tunic and I think it is more versatile and more classic than you think. Plus, black+gold are always a winning pair. Love how you styled this making it both classy and trendy, modern and chic. It is a little edgy too. Great boots, pin and earrings, Nancy!
Enjoy the weekend!
