Here is the March theme reminder for you for The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book. The theme is combat trousers/cargo pants. You see the trend everywhere, and I have to say: I am loving it! I even bought a combat skirt! But we are keeping it to trousers/pants. But don’t worry, you will see the skirt soon enough on the blog.

Shelbee of Shelbee On the Edge and myself started this series after we had hosted The Bad Buy Book for a year. Now we are ready for a new challenge! Every 15th of the month we show our Good Buy or Good-Bye item. And we want you to join!
You can choose yourself whether you want to show a Good Buy (which is an item you are really exited about) or a Good-Bye ( which is an item you are going to say good bye to). We will keep buying a Bad Buy from now and then, you know, it was so cheap, you were in a hurry and really wanted(needed) to buy something etc. But of course we also have those purchases that can make us so very happy. A piece of clothing that you have had for years and that you also wear a lot. Or something you bought on a holiday, and every time you wear it you get that holiday feeling back. Every month you can choose which item you want to send in. A Good Buy or a Good-Bye. We will provide a theme for each month!
Send us a photo of your favourite, or not so favourite combat trousers/cargo pants!
You can send either a Good Buy, combat trousers/cargo pants that you are thrilled about, or combat trousers/cargo pants that you are going to say Good-Bye to. Write a few lines why it is a Good Buy or a Good-Bye or send in both! If you want to be featured on both our blogs, please sent in different outfit photos. Hahaha!!! The only cargo pants I had were shorts that I wore for “Survival Day” when I was teaching. My husband hated them, and I wasn’t really thrilled with them either. I donated them as soon as I retired! Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos of them!

Me too, it has grown on me.
This is a fun theme and a good excuse to get those cargo pants out, which I tend to forget about sometimes! I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with.
