Welcome to The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book: Graphic tee.
Shelbee of Shelbee On the Edge and myself started this series after we had hosted The Bad Buy Book for a year. Now we are ready for a new challenge! Every 15th of the month we show our Good Buy or Good-Bye item. And we want you to join!
You can choose yourself whether you want to show a Good Buy (which is an item you are really exited about) or a Good-Bye ( which is an item you are going to say good bye to). We will keep buying a Bad Buy from now and then, you know, it was so cheap, you were in a hurry and really wanted(needed) to buy something etc. But of course we also have those purchases that can make us so very happy. A piece of clothing that you have had for years and that you also wear a lot. Or something you bought on a holiday, and every time you wear it you get that holiday feeling back. Every month you can choose which item you want to send in. A Good Buy or a Good-Bye. We will provide a theme for each month!
So let’s start with The Good Buy/Good-Bye Book: Graphic tee
First my dear blogging friend and co-host Shelbee of Shelbee on the Edge
“Believe in your selfie”- This was one of the very first graphic tees I ever purchased. I loved the message and it is purposely printed in reverse so when you look in the mirror at yourself while wearing it, you can read the empowering and inspiring message. However, it never fit me properly and I only wore it this one time. So it is a graphic tee that I have said Good-Bye to.
Here is the sweet Chrissy of Granola and Grace
Man, I have many a graphic tee and I can honestly say I love them all. I wear ones that remind me of home, friendship, to be kind, and/or how blessed I am!
The darling Michele of Seechele_Styles
Definitely a good buy I thrifted it and wore to my trip to Trip to
Paris.
And the lovely Kellyann of This Blondes Shopping Bag
Hi ladies! I am loving my graphic tees and think they are good buys!
Here is Anne of Anne M Bray
This is the Fluevog Creepex tee that I designed and sell on Redbubble.
It’s a GOOD MEH.
The tee itself (I ordered a men’s XL) is a lovely soft 100% cotton — no complaints there. I can always use it as a “round the house” tee.
The execution of the graphic is my issue — the colors of the heat transfer are not saturated enough and the shoe looks burgundy.
This is Elizabeth of Natty Gal
I like this graphic tee for it’s simplicity and the fact that it’s a conversation starter – a lot of people ask about the meaning of the phrase!
The lovely Maureen of Little Miss Casual
Graphic tees can say so much about your personality and are an easy way to have fun pieces in your wardrobe. This particular graphic shirt is by far my favorite purchase. Not only is this shirt so soft and comfortable but it says a lot about my relationship with my son. Worth every penny!
And my graphic tee
I don’t own that many graphic tees, but when I do buy one I love them a lot. This one is a very old one but because it’s a black and white one it looks good on every outfit. And the words are true of course.
The theme for next month is: Long cardigans
And now hop over to Shelbee to see more Graphic tees!
Send your photo with a few sentences if it is a Good Buy or a Good-Bye and we will put you in the spotlights! Send it please before the 10th of each month to shelbeeontheedge@gmail.comor to info@nancysfashionstyle.com

Thanks Jacqui! Happy weekend!
Ooh, I love a good graphic tee! Funny though, while I love them on other people, I never seem to find quite the right saying for me to wear on my body! The plus size selection of slogan tees is considerably smaller – COME ON, RETAILERS, GET WITH THE PROGRAM – but I continue to have hope that I Will Find Something! And I’ll check out that RedBubble site mentioned above – that Fleuvog tee is amazing!
I’m excited for next month’s GBGB as I am ALL about The Long Cardigan!

Nancy,
What a fun post about graphic tee shirts!
The only graphic t-shirt I have is now obsolete. It says 61 years bold and now I can’t wear it in public without feeling guilty!

I really like this post Nancy. I really enjoyed looking at all of the creative graphic T-shirts. While I love this particular clothing staple, I have a hard time finding some that fit me appropriately. Yours is one of the nicest I have ever seen by the way.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend my dear friend !

Looks like there’s no such thing as a good bye graphic tee. And check you out! You can make a tee look glamorous. Wow! Tomorrow night we are celebrating Valentine’s and I plan to wear a graphic tee with a skirt, to follow your good lead. This is such a fun series.

I can see that!
Love this collection of graphic t-shirts. I absolutely love the French ones in this collection, especially the one that reads “take me to Paris” (which isn’t French, but such an appealing appeal). Since I am a huge fan of thankfulness, the best one for me is the one Chrissy is wearing with the simple yet oh so powerful text “thankful”.
Well, thank you Nancy for posting these fabulous photos this week!
Love, Lieske

Lovely to see all these different tees right! Thanks Lieske!
