As February is, in the US, national heart health month and of course it’s Valentine’s Day this Friday, our theme this month is: Red Hot Styles!
Stylish Monday is created out of a Facebook group of Life and Style bloggers. Every month we interpret a theme in our own way, fashionable wise of course. It’s a fun way to be creative with clothing and accessories. And to see how other women interpret a theme chosen by someone else. It is a fabulous fashionable way to create something beautiful with other bloggers.
Do I have a Red Hot Style?
I don’t wear red a lot. And I am not particular fond of red shades like burgundy. But I have a few red clothes. One of my favorite ways to wear red is with pink! And yes, I am wearing tights in sandals!

Suzanne of Ask Suzanne Bell looks so sophisticated in her very elegant blazer! She sure knows what color looks good on her! Elegant red hot style!
Michele of see_chelestyles in a cable knit red sweater! perfect for winters like she is having!
Andrea of Pearls and Pantsuits in a very cosy looking sweater with a glitter that is also in her beautiful trousers! Again a matchy matchy styling with the shoes. That looks so in balance!
Cindy of Middle Sister Style I love Cindy’s cheeky look here. What a gorgeous blouse and perfect pumps! And then the cool look of the jeans! Perfection.
Emma of Style Splash I can almost feel the sun and picture myself on a English beach with a ice cream in my hands and enjoying the sound of the see. Is this a red hot style or what!
Julie of Fashion Trends and Friends Like I said, I looove red and pink together! And red looks gorgeous on the lovely Julie!
Nicole of High Latitude Style has combined her beautiful red dress with grey. That is a good combination!
Hilda of Over the Hilda is wearing a outfit that I love to wear myself! Joggers and sandals and a amazing red coat!
Nina of Sharing a Journey is showing of her fantastic figure in a gorgeous simple red dress. A perfect example of less is more!

nicole, how to i get to be a part of stylish Monday? i would love to!…it would encourage me to to do more of what i love…and i need that push because i get swept up by my brick & mortar business…styling myself is so much fun and need an excuse to get out of my yoga pants (and that’s dressed up sometimes since i can find myself in my pjs all day if i am on deadline with a costume)….i even bought my new website domain http://www.StyleMyThrift.com (nothing on there yet)

I love red and have plenty of it in my wardrobe, but I do not wear it often enough. To make things better, I’ve selected a red dress to wear to work tomorrow 😉 I think your red and pink outfit, with the addition of that flower corsage, is gorgeous.
