TikTok shopping, a new addiction?

I actually only shop online these days, and now I’ve discovered TikTok as a new shopping experience. Yes, I’m late to the party… But I discovered two accounts, Dutch ones, that go live a few times a week to sell clothes. Both ladies also have a physical store. But I love watching those live streams.

It’s just a bit like attending a fashion show. You can ask them to try something on or show something to you. They put together outfits for you and tell you how the sizes run. I love it, and I’m afraid it’s really my new addiction. So much more fun than just ordering from a store online. Do you do TikTok shopping?

Great weekend, playing boardgames and I won

I really had a wonderful weekend. Saturday was just like usual, exercising, doing some things around and in the house. And Gerben got the lounge set out. I had already bought some new trinkets, so I could go wild with the decorating. On Sunday, friends came over and we played Cartan. I won twice! And after that, we went out for dinner.

This was the first time since the hospital that I had such a long social day. I was quite nervous, afraid that I would be too tired and short of breath. But it went very well and I was incredibly happy about that, I really enjoyed myself again. On Monday I was tired from such a busy day, but I did exercise etc.

You’ll never believe what I got deleverd on Tuesday!! A Big Blanket! A gift from Shelbee!! Because she wanted to hug me! And this is the closest we get to hugging each other. Never cold again, so lovely. And look at what a beautiful colour, and how heavy it is! Well, isn’t that sweet, unbelievable. Shelbee is a very generous woman.

TikTok shopping is my new addiction, well I dont have any others…..

Worked out again on Tuesday, it was a bit difficult, quite out of breath. In the afternoon, did a load of laundry, put away the laundry, nothing else special. Sat in the sun and fell asleep because I was very tired. And I received a TikTok shopping package, a brown bomber jacket. I was very pleased with it. Will show you soon. I have a lot of new clothing I want to show.

On Wednesday I was feeling a littlle bit better. I had a meeting at my home for Longpunt. I introduced my sister-in-law, who might want to join us. It was very enjoyable, as always. The four of us, now, organize meetings for lung patients four times a year. We were actually one person short, due to serving coffee and such. We also get together four times a year to prepare for the meetings, inviting guest speakers, drawing up the annual program, writing reports. It is very nice to do.

In the evening there was another TikTok shopping event, but luckily it was just a sale, I wasn’t interested in that, haha, I could keep shopping forever. Thursday I went to the gym, which went well, and in the afternoon I enjoyed the sun! Oh, oh, how lovely that is. I wish you all a very nice weekend.
