And i did not by just one chino, no, I bought two! By the way, did you can see how beautifully the line of the sunbeam runs right along my leg. The sun was bullying a bit because I also see two light balls in a strange place on another photo. Well, the sun was shining in any case. There’s something to be said for that!
As most of you know, I do not like wearing trousers. I almost never like them, and I do not like most designs, and I’m not too fond of jeans either. But sometimes wearing a pair of pants is just a little more convenient. In the winter it is. I hate to grab the car for short distances. I love to drive a car, I like cars, but for short distance I think it’s nonsense. But to cycle in the winter, with a skirt or dress, is much too cold. Well a pair of jeans is very handy for cycling, but the only one I have is one that is distressed, or whatever you call that awful trend. Well, to say that that will stop the cold. No.
And to always want to be seen in my Pied de Poule culotte,( which is a warm one) no, not either. So you see it coming? I had to have a new pair of pants! Let me just say it differently. I saw the pants and I thought that it would be handy for cycling. And I see a pattern, maybe you can remember that last summer I also bought two skirts for on the bicycle! Have I ever cycled with it? No. Do I go cycling with these pants in Winter? No! …… you have seen that they are 7/8! So a piece of bare leg ….. in the winter …… not so convenient.
How I love to wear my chino
Okay, let’s talk about the outfit. So if I buy a pair of trousers it is never a long one. I always want them above the ankles, I find that much nicer with boots or heels. This is the navy blue one, I also bought a black one. The black one is to create a androgynous style, which I love on others, I also ordered a men’s tie.( or is a tie always a men’s item?) The navy chino one is also fun for spring with a striped sweater! For now I wear the same color cable sweater.

This winter coat fits perfectly with the navy and the color of my shirt. And the red in the coat also comes back in the red ankle boots. I love that. Symmetry, balance, etc. The blue earrings I have for ages, can’t even remember where they are from. I think the length of your trousers suits you very well and I love how your boots catch the eye. In my case 7/8 would be a bad choice…I have to do all I can to make my short legs look longer…

Ha! I was just wondering last week if you ever wore pants…the answer is YES! You wear them so well. I have several very similar pairs of cropped dress trousers.
