Snakeskin print is everywhere. And don’t we love it! At least I do.
I would like to announce, with pride, that I am joining a group of wonderfully charming and fashionable bloggers, called Stylish Mondays! Once a month we publish a post with a specific theme that everyone gives their own twist to. I say pride, because I feel honored that such a small blogger from the Netherlands is asked for a group of international bloggers. My year could not start better. And what is more wonderful: I won the Bloggers Battle! I could not believe that, since Dutch people have something like, I do not read your blog, you just have to write in your own language, attitude. This was also a group with all young girls! I said it before: We, over 50 fashion bloggers, will be the new It girls this year! Thank you very much for all your support on the Battle!
Stylish Mondays and the snakeskin print
But now back to Stylish Mondays. The theme was Snakeskin print. You have seen my snakeskin print dress not to long ago, on my blog that you can not find anymore! But I’ll just show it again, since this is also my only snakeskin print. In addition, I find it very unfortunate that a lot of outfits, which I find very beautiful, can no longer be seen on my blog. So here is my shirt dress again, bought in England with a snakeskin print. Of course I love the dress because I brought it home from my beloved England. But it is a great dress to wear. I worn it with pantys( do you say pantys or tights?), my lacquer leggings, leather leggings, open on a skinny jeans and knotted as a tunic. A very versatile dress!

This look is super sexy!! We say tights or pantyhose—‘panties’ are ladies underwear in the US–at least if I read that correctly! Congrats on the bloggy win!

Oh daar hou ik ook zo van!
What a great dress, Nancy, and very versatile by the sound of it! That you bought it in England makes it extra special, of course. So far, I’ve only got a snakeskin belt in my wardrobe, but I love it! xxx P.S. Oh, it’s tights, by the way 😉
P.S.S. Congratulations on winning the Bloggers Battle xxx

Thanks!, about the tights! Yes, you know it’s special when it is from the UK. Second hand would be better!
How fun! I really like when bloggers get together and show their individual spin on a look. This snakeskin dress was a great find, Nancy. For as popular as the print is supposed to be, I have a hard time finding it.

Really? The right one or just any? I see it here everywhere, although the new collections are already on sites too!

Fabulous dress Nancy! I meant to join in this challenge but didn’t get organised with photos in time. Even though leopard is my favourite animal print, snake is a close second. Those boots are rather fierce! Congrats on winning the Bloggers Battle!

Love the edgy and sleek outfit you’ve created from snakeskin print and leather leggings! I’ve never thought about wearing this print before, but you’re encouraging me to think about the possibilities. Thanks for your great fashion and style inspiration!

What a compliment! Than you very much!
I’ve tended to shy away from snakeskin wearing only snakeskin shoes or a bag, but this dress is really fab, and I love the way you have styled it. A great look Nancy!

Thanks Deborah!
I haven’t worn a lot of snakeskin in the past, maybe a belt or bag but this had inspired me. I love the way you put together this look. Classy with an edge. Great job. Cheers, Deborah
