A denim jacket on a dress, always a winner
In my mind a denim jacket always looks good on dresses. In my working life, in a trendy womenswear store, we always showed our customers how to dress down a dress, as many women see a dress as something they can only wear at party’s. And with a denim jacket it’s so easy to wear. With a leather jacket too, but you can leave a denim jacket on, and a leather one feels more as a coat. A denim jacket and boots! That always works for me when I wear a dress in this time of the year. I actually love boots so much, that I like to wear them in spring as long as possible. Also with bare legs. Only when it’s time to wear sandals, I will put them in the closet.

Floral prints in winter
I like dark floral prints a lot. It’s feminine and cheerful. Now that I am used to wearing prints, it almost feels boring when I don’t. Whereas I never wore prints before. Only a totall black outfit feels better for me. That stays my favorite. I love to wear cognac colored boots with a denim jacket( I think those colors are fabulous together) and luckely there is also cognac in this dress. How easy it is to style a dress isn’t it! Just add a jacket and boots and ready.
