BLUE PLEATED SKIRT & SAGE COLD SHOULDER JUMPER & FANCY FRIDAY LINKUP

me in blue pleated skirt

Yet again another (blue) pleated skirt.

Can’t help it. I love a pleated skirt. I was in doubt about a pink one, but I ultimately chose this blue pleated skirt. Very likely that I still purchase another one later in the season. Actually, I already have seen a pretty one! Zara has a midseason sale going on and I saw this one. What do you think, shall I buy this one? Or is it to shiny? Please let me know. A pleated skirt is just so beautiful. Feminine, dressy, and you can make all kinds of styles with it. From sporty to elegant.

My blue pleated skirt.

I have often said it, I like blue and green together a lot. For this skirt I wanted a green jersey, so that I could already wear the skirt now. I have enough green tops but it is way to cold to wear tops now. This sweater has the perfect color. Sage! Also a nice name for a color. The perfect color but not the perfect look! I am not really a cold shoulder fan and not at all a torn, ripped, distressed fan! But I love the color to much, so I have to get used to it. And I am no longer twenty anymore, should I still wear these kind off sweaters? But Gerben said it looked good. So if you think it’s too young, then I will blaim him! Let me know your opinion, I can handle it….on a good day.golden earrings and blue pleated skirtfashion blue pleated skirtsage and blue pleated skirtBoohoo.com and blue pleated skirtblue pleated skirtoutfit with blue pleated skirtgrey boots and blue pleated skirtcold shoulder and blue pleated skirt

I like the sweater. I’m not a fan of distressed clothing either, but I think the overall look of the sweater is very nice and it doesn’t look too distressed. The color is really nice. I also like the pleated skirt a lot. I think I may have to get one… I like the one from Zara. With the right top and accessories I don’t think it’ll be too sparkly…

Thanks for the link up & have a great weekend!

Thank you Andrea, I think with legs like yours a pleated skirt would look so good! I can picture you wearing one in a fierce(sturdy, edgy, still dont know what the perfect transition is for ,,stoer,,. Also dont know it in German!) way! Enjoy your weekend!

The color and general style is lovely on you but the sweater is a bit too much destroyed for my tastes, not matter what your age. Thanks for hosting and I hope you have a fantastic weekend.

I love the blue & green together, Nancy!! And age should have nothing to do with what we want to wear. I’ve been trying to embrace the distressed items too!! There’s nothing wrong with it–it’s fun!!

I think you should wear what ever you feel like wearing! It looks great on you so why conform to standards society creaties in what’s top old to wearing something. I love it! Oh and buy the skirt it’s awesome <3

Pleated skirt, my favorite! I love this type of skirts, so elegant and feminine. And I really like the color of this skirt. The color combination of the skirt and the sweater is very daring and difficult, but works well on you. The design of the jersey is cute and very original. I love your earrings! A proposal with which you look very beautiful.

    I love these colours together!
Well, cold shoulder, ripped… of course you can wear it, at any age. It’s just a question of what you wear it with, and now you’ve paired it with a ladylike skirt. I think this contrast works.

    • March 24, 2017 / 12:32 pm

I think so too! I am very happy with this outfit! Thank you Tiina!

These colours are lovely together. Generally I’m not a big fan of distressed clothes but you look great in this sweater, and the skirt is gorgeous on you. The combination of the distressed sweater and feminine skirt is a winner. You are definitely not too old!
